The Holland Group, INC, is a Utah based specialty real estate development firm focused on providing development solutions for unique, infill communities in premier locations within the State of Utah. Since The Holland Group was established in 2006 its focus has been on A+ locations in the most desirable markets, primarily on the Wasatch Front.
The founder, Phil Holland has worked in the real estate field for more than two decades. Through his experience he has purchased, entitled, developed, constructed and sold thousands of single-family building lots, over 3,000,000 square feet of commercial, retail, office and multi-family space and has worked closely with many national and regional tenants.

Mr. Holland is founder and CEO of The Holland Group. Phil has extensive experience in identifying and acquiring new land opportunities, building relationships with land sellers, obtaining approvals from municipalities, and planning for long-term company growth and development.
In conjunction with operating The Holland Group, Phil was a land development partner with Wright Development Group and J. Fisher Companies. Phil also served as V.P. of Land Acquisition for Henry Walker Homes.
Mr. Holland has worked with municipalities his entire career, overseeing crucial land positions for the likes of GMW Development/Ivory Homes, Hawkins Homes and Communities, and U. L. Investments. He has also played a major role in the acquisition of over $220 million in real estate developments. Mr. Holland is a graduate of Weber State University and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Utah. He also holds a B100 Construction License in Utah.
